Carelon Global Solutions is seeking a Quality Analyst / PHRN to assess service quality and interactions in the healthcare industry. Responsibilities include evaluating transaction accuracy, identifying and resolving errors promptly, conducting root cause analysis, recommending preventive actions, and generating reports for clients and management. Candidates must hold a BS Nursing degree, possess a PHRN license, have at least 1 year of bedside/ utilization management experience, as well as 1 year of QA experience.
