QUALIFICATIONS:
- Any 4 years course and with experience
- At least one (1) year work experience
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Received collections and issue OR to OPD patients.
- Received payments of hospital bills in-patients and issue corresponding OR based on the statement of Accounts.
- Issue discharge clearance of in-patients.
- Prepares promissory notes for unpaid patient hospital bills and professional bills.
- Prepares and record professional fees of discharge patients.
- Logbook discharge patients and petty cash issued.
- Prepares summary of collection at the end of duty.
- Answer the phone for the follow-up of checks of suppliers and doctors.
- Disburse payments of hospital accounts to suppliers and doctors.
- Disburse Prof. fee of doctors.
- Disburse refund of PhilHealth and PCSO payments already paid by the patients.
- Entertains queries of patients.
- Prepares temp. Bill of expired patients and inform attending physician and Administrator or chairman of the Board if they can’t fully pay the bill.
- Posting collection and deposit to Daily Collection report (DCR).
- Encoding released checks.
- Update check register.
- Writing replenished petty cash to the worksheet.
- Arranges PR and OR both used and unused.
- Filing of check voucher ready for release (suppliers, doctors, and employees).
- Printing and cutting discharge clearance.
- Perform other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
