Clinical Dietitian will work under the supervision of Chief Dietitian and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide high-quality nutrition services to our patients.

Responsibilities:

• Regular patient visits and diet instruction preferably for all newly admitted patients with therapeutic meal prescribed by their Attending Physician.
• Assist in the conduct of nutritional assessments of patients to determine their dietary needs and develop individualized meal plans.
• Provide assistance in monitoring patients’ dietary intake, weight, and medical history to evaluate progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
• Educate patients and their families on nutrition principles, dietary guidelines, and lifestyle modifications to promote health and manage medical conditions.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure dietary interventions align with overall treatment goals.

Requirements:

• Must be a licensed Nutritionist-Dietitian or Registered Nutritionist-Dietitian (RND) in accordance with the Provision of PD 1286.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to interact effectively with patients and healthcare teams
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Experience in a hospital or clinical setting an advantage
• Amenable to work in San Pedro City, Laguna
