Specific Knowledge and Skills

• Graduate of Industrial Engineering or related Supply Chain Management field.
• Excellent in production planning and execution skills.
• Has good leadership and supervisory skills.
• Possess strong organizational and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office applications and SAP/SBO software.
• Minimum of 2-3 years work experience in a manufacturing set-up.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Generate Production Plan based on Requirement and parts availability.
• Ensure implementation of Production Standards, Work Instructions, and Control Plans.
• Monitor Key Performance Indicators, conduct root cause analysis, recommend strategies for improvement.
• Review and Revise Work Instructions and Control Plans for various fan types.
• Create training plan, evaluate production assemblers, and coordinate with relevant departments.
• Submit reports on Production Dashboard, Operations Review, Annual Executive Summary, and Project Improvements.
