Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of BPO experience for applicants with less than 2 years of College education.
• Good to Excellent Communication Skills.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle customer complaints, provide solutions, and ensure resolution.
• Process customer requests for account changes, upgrades, cancellations, and refunds.
• Stay updated on product updates, new features, and promotions for effective communication.
