Job Description

We are seeking a skilled CAD Drafter to join our team, specifically for tile drafting and layouts, including floor plans and elevations based on selections made within our tile studio.

Responsibilities

• Utilize software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, SolidWorks or Sketchup to create detailed drawings
• Collaborate with internal office staff to produce quality tile renderings
• Develop schematics, layouts, and designs
• Ensure drawings comply with project specifications
• Revise drawings based on feedback from office staff
• Assist in creating full renderings when needed

Qualifications

• Proficiency in CAD software including AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Sketchup
• Experience with Civil 3D and NavisWorks is a plus
• Strong understanding of tile design principles and layouts
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints accurately
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in drafting work
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members
• A degree or certification in drafting or a related field is preferred
