PROJECT NAME: Procurement BPO

POSITION TITLE: Japanese Procurement Operations Analyst

WORK SETUP: Hybrid

OVERALL PURPOSE: P+ Payable Ops Vendor Management Processor.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Experience with vendor data management process.
• Build and maintain communication with other delivery center SMEs.
• Manage daily vendor team operations to meet service SLA/KPI.
• Attend meetings/trainings on vendor process updates.
• Prepare ad-hoc analysis/reports for controllership.
• Standardize processes, automate where possible, and drive implementation.
• Monitor internal control, risk, and compliance activities.
• Support V&A process.
• Develop relationships with key clients/stakeholders.
• Take ownership.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• 0 to 2 years of experience
• Japanese proficiency flexible to N3 to N1
• Japanese language + generic F&A domains required
• Vendor Management / PTP domain preferred
• College graduate with an accountancy/finance degree
