Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduate of BS Accounting Technology/Accountancy
• Knowledgeable with MS Office applications, particularly MS Excel
• Accounting-related experience is preferred but not required

Job Summary:

• In charge of verifying the existence of assets recorded in the books and conducting asset inventory counts
• Assisting and guiding process owners/end users in preparing documents
• Responsible for the correct description and specification of assets in the Asset Management module
• Ensuring asset requisitions are properly recognized in the books
• Processing depreciation runs for the period
• Handling asset retirement transactions
• Assisting in conducting asset inventory counts
