Responsibilities:

• The Workforce Associate Manager is responsible for driving corporate initiatives, delivery of metrics, and optimal performance of the group through continuous interaction with stakeholders to achieve contractual objectives and corporate goals.
• Onboarding of new accounts in Location/Delivery Assurance vertical, including communication with WFM Shared Services and identifying deviations from standard SOD.
• Participates in strategic planning to establish annual objectives and goals for the organization.
• Responsible for delivering on all contracts/SLAs and managing internal and external audit processes.
• Develops resources under their span, manages employee performance, and provides solutions to escalated issues.
• Creates programs for team development, training, statistical analysis, and process improvement.
• Represents the workforce management department in customer presentations, client calls, and business reviews.
