Responsibilities

• As an internal consultant to business end-users in process automation and operational efficiency.
• Analyze business requirements, find solutions within IQVIA Hospital Information systems for process automation.
• Involved in and assist in HIS system implementation.
• Assist in application configuration, system testing, and Integration testing.
• Provide application support, maintain issue tracker, troubleshoot application and reports issues, apply updates, work with developers.
• Prepare User Guide, User Acceptance Test Script, and Integration Test scripts for projects.
• Conduct Super user training and provide Go Live support.

Requirements

• Preferred Diploma graduate.
• 1-2 years of IT Application support experience.
• Experience supporting HIS Implementation.
• System Analysis & Design skills, Reporting/Analytic developments skills.
