Universal Robina Corporation is looking for a Research and Development Specialist!

What are the Roles and Responsibilities?

• The Research and Development Specialist is responsible in the development of flour and flour-based product improvement and documentation.
• Conduct laboratory experiment to develop new products
• Conduct laboratory experiments and analysis to determine alternative raw materials and functional ingredients via product improvement and cost reduction, food manufacturing equipment and process technology improvement.
• Recommend and establish test methods and procedures for raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.

What are the Qualifications?

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Professional License (Chemical Engineering / Food Technology / Nutrition and Dietetics / Culinary Arts) or equivalent.
• Knowledge and work experience in technical baking and flour science is an advantage.
• Must have excellent communication and problem solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• 1 Full-Time positions available
