Job Description
The Retail/ Customer Service Representative is responsible for transaction processing in designated 2GO retail outlets. Transactions include but are not limited to travel ticket booking and issuance, acceptance of documents / parcels / cargo for delivery and shipment, and other related services offered in 2GO outlets.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure proper execution of transactions at the outlet for identified services.
- Implement Retail designated processes related to ensuring a clean and well-operating outlet.
- Extend proper customer service and conduct selling / marketing activities as may be assigned. Prepare, conduct, and deliver other administrative functions needed.
Educational Background, Work Experience and Skills Needed:
- Must be a Graduate of Business Administration, Marketing, or Management.
- Minimum of 2 years’ work experience in frontline selling/ retail.
- Must have selling & transaction processing skills.
