Brief Role Description:

– Assist with Financial Reporting: Prepare and maintain financial reports and records.

– Bookkeeping: Perform daily bookkeeping tasks such as recording transactions and maintaining ledgers.

– Accounts Payable and Receivable: Manage payments and process invoices.

– Data Entry: Accurately enter financial data into accounting systems.

– Assist with Audits: Provide documentation for internal and external audits.

– Reconciliations: Perform monthly bank reconciliations.

– Tax Compliance: Assist with tax filings and ensure regulatory compliance.

– Administrative Support: Provide general support to the accounting department.

Requirements:

– Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

– Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

– Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities.

– Experience: Previous accounting or finance internship/work experience is a plus.

– Preferably CPA certified.
