Be part of our growing TEAM

We are looking for goal-oriented individuals to fill in the Liaison Officer Role.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Manages utilization by probing medical history, redirecting to cost-efficient providers, scrutinizing billing statements, and advising on laboratory/diagnostics.
• Instructs clients on benefit procedures within 24 hours of confinement.
• Attends to member inquiries with professional and courteous service.
• Conducts visits to accredited healthcare facilities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s/College Degree in Nursing or medical allied courses.
• Experience in hospital/clinical settings.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multi-task under minimal supervision.
• Proficient in MS Office tools.
• Willingness to be assigned within Davao.
• Regular shift schedule with additional benefits.
