Qualifications:
College graduate ( at least 4 year course but preferably Engineering graduate)
At least 1 to 2 years of work experience as Line Leader is an advantage, with experience in handling SGA/Kaizen projects and Kaizen improvements.
With expertise in why why analysis
Knowledgeable in FPC manufacturing processes.
Can effectively communicate.
Knowledgable in MS Office
With leadership skills
Can work in graveyard shift
Can work with minimal supervision
