We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist I with expertise in Mac/Apple products to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist I, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients using Mac/Apple devices.
Your role will involve troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving technical issues, as well as guiding users on how to effectively use their Mac/Apple products. In addition, you will collaborate with the IT team to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer support.
