DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Implements and sets up global standards for Yamaha 3S Shop service guidelines.
• Gathers service documents, judgments of warranty claims, and updates for any warranty issues and concerns.
• Initiates promotional events, including service marketing activities to reach Yamaha Dealers and Customers, especially in remote areas.
• Improves customer service by increasing the degree of professionalism in all Yamaha 3S Shops.
• Performs market surveys, analysis, competitor activities, and promotional events.
• Educates all Yamaha 3S Shop’s dealers and staff on warranty procedures and service operations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have technical knowledge in Automotive and Motorcycle technology.
• Must possess at least Automotive Servicing NCII and/or any related certificates.
• Preferably with experience in handling warranty and repairs in the motorcycle industry.
• Willingness to travel and be assigned in different areas within Mindanao.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20,00.00 – Php23,00.00 per month
