Description
The Team and Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Design & Brand Content Manager to lead the Webjet Group’s corporate branding assets and manage the execution of communications and presentations of results to investors. This key role is essential for preserving and elevating our corporate identity across multiple communication channels.
This role is a part-time (Tuesday-Thursday) 12 month contract, working predominately on-site with our B2C CEO and Senior Leadership Team. During key preparation periods throughout the year, full-time hours will be required.
Working closely with our B2C CEO, you’ll lead and contribute to:
• Investor Presentation Prep & Delivery: Design, manage, and produce impactful results and investor presentations that clearly communicate our performance, achievements and or/goals.
• Investor Centre Management: Oversee the Investor Centre website by managing content updates and preparing news and information.
• Content Updating: Regularly refresh content and manage news releases to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.
• Brand Management: Using your graphic design skillset to prepare, design, select and curate brand resources.
• Copy and Creative Development: Distil financial results into compelling investor focussed creative for corporate communications and investor relations materials.
• Annual Reports: Collaborate on the design and preparation of annual reports, creating visually compelling documents that align with our brand and effectively convey key messages.
Skills And Experiences
What we love to see:
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Acrobat,
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Advanced MS PowerPoint and MS Word skills
• Demonstrated corporate experience in Graphic Design, Brand Management, Corporate Communications, Public Relations or Investor/ASX Relations.
• Strong skills in copywriting and website content creation, including experience with SilverStripe CMS.
• High attention to detail and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Experience in image and PDF downsizing management
• Skilled in SharePoint and knowledgeable about file naming conventions for effective organisation and storage of files in shared locations.
