JOB DESCRIPTION
The Sales and Marketing Officer will manage the sales and marketing of visa program.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Organize regular client meetings to discuss the different programs that we offer.
- Resolve problems and handle complaints at the point of sales.
- Collaborate with teams in all offices to promote offerings.
- Inform clients and prospects of products and services through creative marketing strategies.
- Track performance of marketing campaigns and report sales based on the standard process.
- Suggest innovative ideas to increase sales and improve customer experience.
- Conduct product presentations, sales follow-ups, and sales calls.
- Ensure consistency in achieving sales targets through sales activities.
- Conduct proper after-sales turnover to the documentation team.
- Reports to the Regional Sales & Marketing Manager.
Location: Corner of C.M. Recto and Palma Gil Street, Davao
Schedule: Monday to Friday | 9am to 6pm | Onsite
