Main Job Description with Duties & Responsibilities

Job Summary
The main responsibility of Technical Services Associate is to provide support to any documentation and implementation of the Technical Services Program specific for Research & Development, Food Safety Management, Plant Sanitation and Quality.

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Knowledgeable on the documentation requirements of the Research and Development, Food Safety Management, Plant Sanitation and Quality and applicable regulatory and company requirements, establish and/or update operational procedures and reference standards. Ensure appropriateness with the planned objectives or implementation.
2. Guided by the established Research & Development, Food Safety Management, Plant Sanitation and Quality procedures and standards, provide support in the implementation of Research and Development, Food Safety Management, Plant Sanitation and Quality programs including facilitation of hand shake activities, awareness seminar, trainings etc. and ensure proper documentation of the performed activities.
3. Trained and knowledgeable in spreadsheet applications and basic functions, perform required monitoring processes and needed data gathering activities for any Research and Development, Food safety Management, Plant Sanitation and Quality programs including experimental trials and projects. Perform the advise statistical analyses and generate report of the evaluation results.

4. Knowledgeable on the procedure, participate to any experimental trials and operational standardization planned and initiated by Research & Development, Food Safety Management, Plant Sanitation and Quality teams. Perform assigned or designated tasks and submit required output including data and records.
5. Knowledgeable on the planned verification including procedure, method of evaluation and target, perform verification activities to determine effectiveness of Research & Development, Food Safety Management, Plant Sanitation and Quality Programs. Generate report and provide recommendation on the acquired findings for continuous improvement of the programs.

6. Having awareness with the established procedure on Document Information Control, ensure that there are proper documentation and records management for all paper works related to Research & Development, Food Safety Management, Plant Sanitation and Quality programs.

Minimum Qualification/Experience:
Degree in Food Technology, Biology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering and other related science course.

Detail-oriented who has passion for documentation, learning and acquiring knowledge; Must have good verbal and written communication skills; Integrity and professional ethic; Can work with minimal supervision, computer literate and accomplish tasks even under pressure.

Required skills:
Knowledgeable on document and spreadsheet applications.
