Skills and Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is a plus.
2. Proven experience in accounts receivable management, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
3. Strong understanding of AR principles, practices, and regulations.
4. Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
5. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
6. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
7. Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
8. Results-oriented with a focus on driving performance and achieving targets.
9. Amenable to work occasionally onsite in Cebu or Davao City.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php40,00.00 – Php50,00.00 per month
