- Responsible for providing administrative support services in the areas of human resource management and administrative services to ensure smooth and uninterrupted operations within the organization.
- Does the overall direction and control of the human resources services such as recruitment and selection, employee engagement, training and development, and compensation and benefits.
- Establishes increasing awareness on food safety culture within the organization and for the employees to recognize its effect on food safety and quality.
- Forms part of the management team and plays a key role in setting company policies and guidelines aligned with the organizational business plans.
