MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Candidates must have a diploma/degree in BS Microbiology, BS Biology Major in Microbiology or allied courses with units in basic microbiology
• Must be able to start as soon as possible
• Must be residing in or near Makati
• Willing for project-based role
• With or without experience in Microbiology (open for fresh graduates of BS Microbiology as long as certified and registered)
• Willing to learn, analytical, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Has knowledge in computer usage and MS Office applications such as Excel and Word
• Must have the following requirements: SSS, Pag-ibig, Philhealth, TIN, NBI, and Gcash (for payroll processing)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Performs various laboratory procedures of raw materials and finished products using simple instrumentation techniques: 
  • Laboratory assistant assigned in Microbiology Lab – Microbiological vitamin assay sample preparation, media preparation and compositing of samples for pathogen and microbial enumeration tests. Performs environmental sampling, water sampling, FG and RM sampling. Testing of water, EM samples and others that maybe assigned. 
• Ensures that official testing procedures are used to perform required testing per MASTR requirements. 
• Prepares materials, equipment set-up and analytical/volumetric solutions and test standards following proper documentation prior and during execution of test procedure. 
• Reports deviation encountered immediately during testing to initiate Laboratory Investigation 
• Performs inspection verification of assigned equipment per set frequency, in accordance with standard procedure.
