Abbott Rapid Diagnostics, a part of Abbott’s Diagnostics family, is seeking a Customer Service Associate in Manila, Philippines. This role involves efficiently processing inbound purchase orders from various sources.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and process customer purchase orders via different platforms
• Ensure accuracy of sales order information in the ERP system
• Escalate unresolved orders for prompt resolution
• Coordinate with supervisors to meet daily processing requirements
• Execute Quality System processes
• Handle other assigned duties

Basic Qualifications | Education:

• College/Bachelor’s Degree
• 1-2 years experience in a related field
• Knowledge of SAP or ERP applications is a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Good keyboarding and typing skills
• Data entry experience
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines

• Willingness to work night shift
