During this period of change, we are seeking an experienced Finance Shared Services Manager to lead and support the finance BAU function, while the current Manager is dedicated to the ERP project. Āu Mahi | What You Will Do This is a fixed term role for a two-year period reporting through to the Director of Finance.  As the Finance Shared Services Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the finance shared services team, ensuring high-quality service delivery and efficiency during a period of significant transformation. This is a pivotal leadership role where your expertise in people management and change leadership will drive the team’s success as we prepare for the implementation of our new ERP system. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the finance shared services team, ensuring effective performance and developmentOversee and optimise core finance processes to maintain service deliveryPlay a key role in change management, preparing the team for the transition to the new ERP systemCollaborate closely with the ERP project team to align finance operations with future system requirementsEngage and communicate effectively with both, internal and external key stakeholders across the business to support finance-related activities and ERP developments. Mōu | Who You Are We are looking for a highly experienced, proactive and people-focused leader with: Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role, ideally within shared servicesStrong people management skills with a passion for coaching and developing teamsA solid understanding of finance processes and financial controlExperience with change management and the ability to lead a team through periods of transformationERP system experience is a plus, especially related to system transitions or implementationsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels.
