Customer Representative
Job Description
Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries through chat platforms, ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
Provide accurate and detailed information about, services, and policies to address customer questions, concerns, and issues.
Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex cases to senior support or management when necessary.
Identify and evaluate customer needs to offer appropriate solutions, including logistical navigation, recommendations or troubleshooting assistance.
Maintain thorough and up-to-date knowledge of the company, services, promotions, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
Document customer interactions, inquiries, and complaints accurately and comprehensively in the customer support system.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as technical support, concierges, and management to address customer concerns and improve overall customer experience.
Identify trends and recurring issues reported by customers and provide feedback to the appropriate teams for continuous process and product improvement.
Follow established communication and quality standards to ensure consistent service delivery and adherence to company guidelines.
Strive to meet or exceed individual and team performance targets, including response time, customer satisfaction ratings, and productivity metrics.
Salary: 20.000,00 ₱ Monthly
