Duties and Responsibilities
1. Prepares project schedule and monitors regularly the progress of work at site to ensure that it is within schedule
2. Prepares documents needed for preparation of project billing.
3. Give field and work instructions to Foremen and Leadman and coordinates with them regarding manpower distribution and assignments
4. Monitors daily work activities at site through regular inspection.
5. Handles materials requisitioning in coordination with site personnel and Materials Controller.
6. Coordinates with clients and consultants regarding progress of work and other concerns related to the project.
7. Coordinates with HRAD regarding manpower requirements of the project and other related concerns.
8. Coordinates with Purchasing and Logistics & Equipment departments regarding materials and equipment requirements and concerns
9. Provides report to the management regarding progress and status of the project.

Job Specifications
College Degree in Civil Engineering
Preferably License
At least 5 years related experience
Understanding and background in construction; project supervision; planning and scheduling

Senior Planning Engineer Requirements
Experience with 3D modeling software.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Planning and project management skills.
Strong multitasking abilities.
Strong analytical, critical, and logical thinking skills.
A sound understanding of safety protocols.
