Field Operations Specialist – CMS
Job Description
Responsibilities
What you’ll do
The scope of work is to the support of the Cloud Migration Simulation lab. This would be expanding Shared Services team to continue to perform the same functions, but allow for more partners to take the class. Deliverables for the CMS include:
• Data Cleanup
• URL validation
• Final Grading of partners simulation
• Submitting reports per class on overall and individual performance
• Answering tickets submitted by Atlassian Partners as it relates to their CMS
This role would require you to be amenable to work in the APAC and/or EMEA hours.
Qualifications
Your background
• Customer service background with the use of empathy, positive language and attentiveness.
• You have experience in managing LMS
• You can manage high-volume and demands.
• You are able to shift from one function to another with relative ease and proficiency
• Expertise in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
• You have demonstrated talent at inspiring change from customer feedback.
It would be great if you also have..
• Familiarity with Atlassian’s suite of products, and experience using Service Desk tools.
• Understanding of program for Partners.
Salary: 40.000,00 ₱ Monthly
