Training Supervisor
Responsibilities
Collaborates with Department Heads to identify training needs and ensure alignment with organizational goals; Develops customized learning solutions and ensures effective delivery; Evaluates training effectiveness and modify programs accordingly.
Qualifications
With at least 3-5 years of experience in Training, preferably in supervisory capacity; Strong understanding of instructional design, training methodologies and adult learning principles; Ability to develop web-based training is an advantage but not a requirement
