Job Description
Salary: 30,000 – 50,000
WITH ALTERNATE SATURDAY SCHEDULE
QUALIFICATIONS:
– Bachelor’s degree holder
– Must be willing to work onsite in Cavite & work on Saturdays
– Experience in the HR education sector/training & development supervisory level.
OR
– Experience in general management
– Has working experience in a Japanese manufacturing company
As part of our strategic growth, we are establishing a dedicated HR department, independent from the Admin team. We are seeking a skilled professional who can plan and execute employee education initiatives to support our growing global operations. Our team consists of approximately 1,000 employees including contractors. The Admin team has 40 members, while the HR team currently has 4 members.
Responsibilities:
Under the guidance of the HR Manager, you will be the first member of the Education division, responsible for the following tasks:
– Conduct interviews with various departments and staff to assess current training needs.
– Set the direction for educational and training programs across the organization.
– Design and implement training processes and frameworks.
– Drive and manage employee education projects to enhance organizational effectiveness.
Salary: 50.000,00 ₱ Monthly
