Sales Account Executives
Job Description
Lead Generation & Sales
– Actively search for new business opportunities by identifying and qualifying potential clients through various channels. This may involve cold calling, attending industry events, or networking that will lead to sales.
– Manage clients, fostering open communication and understanding specific requirements. This involves regular meetings, presentations, and addressing any concerns to ensure client satisfaction.
– Present compelling sales presentations and proposals that showcase the company’s products or services in alignment with the client’s needs. This requires strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey the value proposition.
– Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure deals that are beneficial for both the client and the company.
Sales Reporting and Analysis
– Track key sales metrics, analyze data, and report on progress towards targets. This enables them to identify trends, adjust strategies, and measure success.
– Recommend strategies to address trends or results of sales reports and align with stakeholders to address any issues/concerns.
Other Management Tasks
– Ensures the implementation of standard procedures and policies in relation to key accounts and sales function
– Ensures that the company-allotted budget is effectively managed and optimized
– Performs other duties assigned from time to time
QUALIFICATIONS:
– Graduate of Marketing, Management, Business or any related course
– 3 years experience in Sales, Marketing, Project Management or equivalent
– Demonstrable experience in sales presentations and pitches
– Willing to work in Malate, Manila daily and do fieldwork
