Business Intelligence Analyst

Tū Ora Compass Health is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Business Intelligence team based in Wellington. Data reporting and analysis is a key foundation for the work of the PHO, driving where to focus efforts, identify trends and support our communities where they need it most. You will work as part of a close team, that supports the various arms of the organisation.

Our ideal candidate should have;
• A strong passion for empirical research and enjoy delving into the challenging side of data to help find answers,
• Experience solving analytical problems using quantitative approaches
• Able to produce highly informative Power BI dashboards with the use of DAX and SQL, or be willing to learn
• Fluency with at least one scripting language
• Experience with large and complex datasets
Bonus points to anyone who also has any financial analysis experience or graphic design experience with a focus on Power BI dashboards.
The role sits within Tū Ora Compass Health Primary Health Organisation, a network of 58 General Practices supporting an enrolled population of over 347,000 patients. The PHO also has a range of additional clinical services to support general practice, operating with a range of partnerships and contracts over the Greater Wellington region, including Wairarapa.
