URGENTLY HIRING TEAM LEADER for VAs CEBU CITY

As a Team Leader, you will oversee daily operations, maintain account knowledge, and provide coaching and feedback to Virtual Assistants. You’ll drive performance, motivate the team, and ensure timely communication. Responsibilities include up-training, quality assurance, performance reviews, and recognizing high achievers. Conduct assessments for probationary employees and collaborate with the Ops Manager for performance evaluations.

Qualifications (Non Negotiable):

– At least 2-3 years Supervisory experience in a BPO/KPO set-up
– Proven leadership skills and functional knowledge in BPO/KPO setup
– Excellent oral and written communication skills
– Proficient in writing report and business correspondences
– Strong interpersonal skills
– Customer Oriented

Experience with the following is a plus:

– E-commerce/Travel Account
– Real Estate/Property Management
– Strong interpersonal skills
– Accounting/Bookkeeping and Quickbooks
