Front Office Staff
1.Welcome guests upon their arrival at the reception counter and offer necessary assistance.
2.Provide quality customer service.
3.Perform registration of guest members correctly.
4.Update records of incoming and existing members regularly.
5.Constantly coordinate with operations department to address any maintenance requests or tenant complaints with regards to building facilities.
6.Maintain proper coordination with the safety and security department to address any security and safety concerns raised by guests.
7.Ensure strict confidentiality of all documents and guest details.
