Job Overview:
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administration Assistant to support the President with various administrative functions, including facilities management, employee relations, regulatory compliance, resource management, and ad hoc projects. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication and problem-solving skills who thrives in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilities Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for landlords and building administration.
- Manage office maintenance, repairs, and equipment.
- Employee Relations:
- Maintain employee contract database and track life milestones (e.g., birthdays, anniversaries).
- Evaluate employee HMO packages and track leaves/attendance.
- Regulatory Compliance:
- Liaise with bookkeepers and auditors.
- Review government remittances (BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
- Secure annual business permits and safeguard corporate records.
- Resource Management:
- Manage vendor contracts, client invoices, petty cash, and driver schedules.
- Ad Hoc Projects:
- Assist with company outings and events as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Positive attitude and high ethical standards.
