Customer Service Representative
Responsibilities:
• Provide information and assistance to customers
• Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Collaborate with team members and other stakeholders to improve customer service processes
Qualifications:
• COLLEGE GRADUATE WITHOUT WORK EXPERIENCE (or)
• COMPLETED 2 YEARS IN COLLEGE WITH 3 MONTHS (CUSTOMER SERVICE EXP) (or)
• HS/SHS GRADUATE WITH 1 YEAR OF CUSTOMER-FACING WORK EXPERIENCE
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
