We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Admin/HR Staff to manage day-to-day office administration and HR functions. The role involves handling administrative tasks, supporting recruitment, maintaining employee records, and ensuring smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative duties such as answering phones, managing emails, and organizing files.
- Assist with recruitment tasks including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees.
- Maintain and update employee records, including attendance, leave, and personal files.
- Prepare HR documents such as contracts, memos, and reports.
- Coordinate employee benefits and assist in processing payroll.
- Help plan and execute company events and employee engagement activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
- Manage office supplies and ensure smooth office operations.
- Assist in handling employee grievances and concerns in a professional manner.
- Support the HR team in implementing policies and programs.
