Handle with Care: The Code to HR Excellence
- Provide administrative support across the full employee life cycle for the PNEA HR team.
- Process employee information and maintain employee records in the HRIS in a timely manner.
- Coordinate and facilitate the development, training, communication, and ongoing maintenance of HRIS functionalities across the PNEA Division.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in the HRIS (e.g., position structures, employee job information, and personal information) and audit the data to confirm the system is utilized appropriately.
- Provide Tier 2 issue resolution and technical troubleshooting for HRIS-related inquiries. Escalate HRIS issues via the ticketing system when Tier 2 resolution is not possible.
- Maintain and update the HR dashboard (in SAP SuccessFactors and Power BI) to provide accurate and insightful HR data for internal and external reporting requirements.
- Generate, upgrade, and maintain reports for HR analytics and compliance purposes.
- Participate in global meetings and workshops to communicate functionality changes based on business requirements.
- Engage in the testing and implementation of upgrades to HRIS modules.
- Collaborate with the HR team on diverse HR projects.
- Proactively identify opportunities for business process improvement and automation across a broad scope of work.
- Work with IT teams and stakeholders to ensure the effective integration of HR systems and technologies (e.g., Active Directory, Payroll) with minimal downstream impacts from changes.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR and other data protection regulations.
- Support key cyclical divisional HR operation activities as required.
Key to Success: The Skills That Open Doors
- Hold a college degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Have 1-3 years of relevant work experience in HRIS administration and maintenance, as well as HR reporting and analytics.
- Possess generalist HR knowledge.
- Have working knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors; experience with any HRIS is acceptable.
- Demonstrate proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI or similar software.
- Exhibit a good grasp of written and verbal English.
- Possess advanced Excel skills for complex data reporting.
- Display excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Navigate HR systems and understand data frameworks and structures.
- Have working knowledge and understanding of HR processes and employment legislation.
- Demonstrate project management skills with the ability to prioritize and deliver on multiple initiatives simultaneously.
