Accenture in the Philippines is currently looking for talented individuals for our Business Transformation Specialist (Finance and Accounting).

About the Role: As a Business Transformation Specialist (Finance and Accounting), you will perform the following (but not limited to) duties and responsibilities: 

• Facilitate process improvement and assist business owners in improving existing process performance through analysis, experience and employee input in a project environment.
• Build and deliver Operational/Delivery Excellence training and coach on business excellence principles.
• Assist organization in the creation, monitoring, measurement and analysis of standardized processes.
• Support the development and implementation of a formal management review of Key Performance/Operating results, and train and coach all functional areas on measurement principles.

About You: The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

• Open to Bachelor’s Degree or undergraduates with relevant experience.
• Must have minimum at least 3 years of relevant experience in Business Excellence/Business Transformation/Operational Excellence/Continuous Improvement/Process Improvement under Finance and Accounting
• Experience in BPO industry
• Handling clients isn’t required and must focus on how candidates are able to communicate effectively, handle certain situations and thoroughly express knowledge on six sigma. Applicants with experiences in dealing and leading internal projects are acceptable
• Led more than 1 Value Stream Mapping activity
• Six Sigma Green Belt Certified or Trained
