Job Description
- Prepares work and operation plans for the lab personnel.
- Supervises the work of each member of the lab team.
- Evaluates quality control and quality assurance statistics and modifies manuals as need.
- Evaluates staff performance, development, modification, verification, and validation of methods.
- Participate in planning services for other department within the operation.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 4-year course graduate of BS Chemistry, Chemical Technology, or Chemical Engineering.
- Must be a Registered Chemist (License).
- Good laboratory and technical skills, good presentation skills, analytical and critical thinking skills, people handling leadership skills.
- At least 2 years’ experience in related field.
- Knowledgeable in Basic Occupational Safety Hazard.
