We are seeking a dedicated Virtual Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to C-level management while assisting our team in delivering exceptional services to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to C-level executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing internal and client communications.
- Assist in the preparation, organization, and distribution of hiring and retention strategy reports, presentations, and materials.
- Coordinate with clients and team members to gather necessary information and documentation for recruitment and retention projects.
- Support the development of job descriptions, interview guides, and onboarding processes tailored to client needs.
- Conduct research on industry trends, talent acquisition strategies, and workforce planning to provide insights for executive decision-making.
- Assist in managing social media accounts, including drafting content related to hiring and retention best practices, and monitoring engagement metrics.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of client interactions, project timelines, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for C-level reporting.
- Track project progress and ensure that deliverables are met according to established timelines.
- Perform other administrative and project-based tasks as assigned to improve overall team and executive efficiency.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role, preferably supporting C-level management.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and executives.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Familiarity with hiring and retention processes, talent acquisition, or HR functions is a plus.
- Proficiency in using tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management software.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- High degree of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
