Job Description
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Nutritional Sciences, or a closely related field
- 1-3 years of experience in a laboratory or research setting, preferably in the nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, or food and beverage industries
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate and interpret scientific data
- Detail oriented and has problem-solving skills
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations about new and existing products during client meetings, trade shows, and other sales-related events. This includes explaining the scientific basis of the products, their benefits, and their differentiators.
- Address technical questions from potential clients, sales teams, and partners, providing detailed and accurate information on product formulation, efficacy, and safety.
- Review and interpret scientific studies related to new and existing products, assessing their relevance and impact. Summarize key findings and how they support product claims.
- Translate scientific findings into actionable insights for the sales, highlighting how the research supports the product’s value proposition and potential benefits for customers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and refine promotional materials, including brochures, presentations, and website content, based on scientific evidence and product studies.
- Develop clear, evidence-based value propositions and key selling points that can be used by the sales to effectively communicate the benefits of products to clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct research on consumer preferences, trends, and competitive landscape to understand market demands and identify opportunities for product differentiation.
- Stay informed about industry trends and emerging scientific advancements that could impact product development and sales strategies.
- Prepare reports and documentation on product studies and market research, presenting findings in a way that is accessible and useful for the sales and business development teams.
- Assist in the preparation of technical documents and product dossiers required for sales presentations and client proposals.
