• Has a food manufacturing experience
• Identify and resolve production issues perform quality tests during production to identify and correct any work in progress issues.
• Conduct product testing and audits inspections of finished products to check for defects and other problem these products are shipped for distributions.
• Create audit report, and record corrective procedures to resolve product non-compliance
• Documents product tests and corrections maintain records of product tests and defects and summarize corrective action taken
• Evaluate production operations observe production operations and make suggestions for improvements to minimize errors and defects in the products.
• Create training materials create operations manuals and training materials that outline operation processes and updates any procedures or practices within the manufacturing or production process.
