Job Description
Job Summary:
The Telco Postpaid Specialist will be responsible for managing postpaid customer accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving revenue growth through effective account management and service delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of telecommunications products and services, along with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications:
Minimum 6 months BPO experience
At least HS Graduate (old curriculum) or SHS Graduate
Wiling to work onsite
