Key Responsibilities

Product Knowledge

– Develop a deep understanding of various travel products, including flights, hotels, tours, and packages.

Customer Relationship Management
– Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by providing ongoing support, addressing inquiries, and offering post-travel assistance.
– Proactively follow up with customers to gather feedback and encourage repeat business.

Communication Skills
– Communicate clearly and effectively with customers through various online channels, including chat, email, and social media.
– Collaborate with team members and share insights to enhance customer service strategies.

Problem Resolution**
– Handle customer concerns and issues with professionalism and efficiency.
– Collaborate with relevant departments to resolve complex customer inquiries.

Requirements

– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

– Proficient in using online booking platforms and travel management tools.
– Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
– Knowledge of popular travel destinations, airline policies, and hotel offerings.

Education and Qualifications

– High school diploma or equivalent.
– Certifications in travel and tourism provided (e.g., Certified Travel Associate).
