Job title: Senior Treasury Analyst – Interim
Location: Warsaw – hybrid (8 days monthly from the office – Al. Jerozolimskie 142B)
Duration: This role is a fixed-term assignment for minimum 9 months.
Are you an experienced treasury professional looking to make a significant impact in a dynamic environment? You will be part of International Treasury team of PHC Group, reporting to the Head of International Treasury.
In this role, you will manage critical functions like daily cash operations, interest accrual postings, and intercompany loans, while optimizing liquidity and supporting month-end closings. You’ll also streamline banking processes through Kyriba (Treasury Management System), contribute to FX exposure reporting, and take on exciting projects that enhance our treasury capabilities.
What you will do:
Prepare interest accrual postings and provide loan overviews for month-end closing (Ascensia and Epredia).
Manage daily cash, ensuring sufficient funds, efficient allocation, and liquidity forecasting.
Prepare and analyze daily cash positions, supporting the corporate budget process.
Ensure bank statements integrate into Kyriba daily; prepare month-end bank balance reports.
Support new bank account connectivity in Kyriba.
Prepare monthly Exchange Rate Reports and assist with hedging and FX exposure reporting.
Approve payments, investigate bank issues, and enhance payment execution via Kyriba.
Manage intercompany loans, automate accrual postings, and handle interest calculations and audits.
Support ad-hoc projects like Kyriba cash-pooling and functionality development.
What you need for success:
Finance or Accounting background necessary
2-3 years of experience in finance or treasury roles is required
Solid understanding of treasury functions
Proficiency in English (spoken and written), with strong MS Office skills, especially Excel.
Experience with NetSuite is an advantage.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Results-oriented mindset with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal skills for collaborating with various departments.
