Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Handle the AZ operations for one or more legal entities in cooperation with the team and external accountants
• Update financial information in Accounting Seed
• Prepare and contribute to Cash Flow Statements
• Maintain a banking system
• Invoicing and Accounts Receivable
• Accounts Payable

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, with prior experience in Accounting and/or Finance
• Ability to manage administration independently and autonomously
• Proficiency in BI tools and Excel, demonstrating a high level of expertise in data manipulation and reporting
• Strong analytical skills, flexibility, focus, and persuasive communication abilities
• Excellent written and spoken English language skills
• Proactive approach with a commitment to the company’s profitability, while providing future-oriented advice
• Strong communication skills with a transparent and cheerful demeanor, fostering a positive working environment

Additional Information

This is a full-time, fixed-term (12 months) contract withpossible extension.
