In 2022, Instabee was founded after combining Instabox and Budbee – two leading last-mile delivery companies with three consumer-facing brands: Budbee, Instabox and Porterbuddy. Instabee serves millions of consumers across Europe with convenient deliveries and is on track to become the leading European e-commerce enabler. Always with the customer at heart.

We’re fast, both in terms of parcel delivery and when it comes to growing our business. So far our journey has taken us from Sweden to the rest of Scandinavia and parts of continental Europe, but we have no plans to stop anytime soon. As we continue to expand our product offering to new merchants and geographic regions, our logistical network and operations are getting increasingly complex.

About the role

Our dedicated business control analytics team works tirelessly with supporting our operational and commercial team with insightful analysis. We guide the Swedish management team with everything from short term operational changes to long-term strategic goals, and we need a keen mind like yours to join our ranks.

As an Analyst in our team, your mission will be to understand, analyze, and resolve complex business challenges. By working hand-in-hand with various stakeholders, you’ll tap into commercial, operational, tech product departments, among others.

Key responsibilities

The main responsibility for this role is to help and support our operational and commercial team with insightful analysis.

• Support commercial with analysis regards to price negotiations and new offers

• Guide swedish management team through data driven analysis

• Set up and track key operational KPI:s

• Ad-hoc analysis

• Operational analysis regarding efficiency such as scheduling.

About you

We’re searching for an enthusiastic, curious mind who’s not afraid to take on unsolved challenges and abstract concepts. Your toolbox should include:

• A degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, or related field.

• Willingness to learn and develop yourself.

• Familiarity in tools and programming languages such as SQL/R/Tableau or a big eagerness to learn

• An innate tendency to question and challenge existing structures.

• Adaptability and resilience in an environment where priorities can shift.

• An interest in consumer behavior and operational processes.

• Appreciation for good visual design and an understanding of data visualization techniques.
