Title: Customer Service Representative – (Hybrid)

The role:
The customer experience team at Lonza is looking to recruit a Customer Service Representative, who will coordinate and handle all inbound customer requests.
You will assist in helping customers grow Lonza’s business by increasing market share, market knowledge and help reach the company’s commercial goals. You will be the bridge for Lonza and its external customers to provide optimal services and guarantee total customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities:
- Be the primary contact for the customer and interact with Sales teams on a day-to-day basis.
- Work with Finance on any customer credit problem that affects the shipment of orders.
- Handle any customer inquiry accurately – with the assistance of other departments – providing product-related and technical information as requested.
- Keep abreast of all changes within LBS (new products, new policies, changes in legislation, …) to provide the customer with the most recent information at all times.
Key requirements:
- Previous experience of working within a sales support or customer service background is a minimum requirement for this role.
- Bachelor’s degree or demonstrable experience in sales or customer service.
- Fluent French at least C1/C2 and English knowledge is essential for this role.
- Customer-centric mindset with excellent communication skill sets is essential for this role.
