Job Description
Job Description:
As an HR Manager at IncubXperts you will be responsible for overseeing the HR functions and ensuring that HR initiatives are aligned with the business goals. You will manage various HR activities including talent acquisition employee relations performance management and compliance. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and the ability to drive HR processes and programs effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Oversee the recruitment process including sourcing interviewing and selecting candidates.
Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
Employee Relations:
Foster a positive work environment and promote a culture of engagement and inclusion.
Address employee grievances and mediate conflicts to ensure a harmonious workplace.
Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to improve employee retention.
Performance Management:
Oversee the performance appraisal process and ensure timely completion.
Develop and implement performance improvement plans and employee development programs.
Implement a structured performance rating system to ensure fair and consistent evaluations.
HR Administration:
Ensure accurate and uptodate employee records and HR documentation.
Develop and update HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws.
Manage HR metrics and prepare reports for senior management.
Handle the preparation and issuance of HR letters including offer letters promotion letters and termination letters.
Training and Development:
Identify training needs and design training programs to enhance employee skills.
Support career development initiatives and succession planning.
Organize and conduct training sessions and workshops.
Employee Engagement:
Plan and execute employee engagement events and activities to foster a positive work culture.
Implement initiatives to enhance employee morale and motivation.
Compliance and Audits:
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Conduct regular audits of HR practices and procedures.
Manage employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with regulations.
Grievance Handling and Termination:
Address employee grievances promptly and effectively.
Handle employee terminations with sensitivity and adherence to legal requirements.
Implement a fair and transparent grievance handling mechanism.
HR Budget Management:
Develop and manage the HR budget ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Monitor and control HR expenditures ensuring costeffectiveness.
Provide financial forecasts and reports related to HR activities and initiatives.

Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field (Master s degree preferred).
Minimum of 1215 years of experience in HR management.
Strong understanding of HR principles practices and employment laws.
Excellent communication interpersonal and leadership skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
